Franchise Territory Offerings

Franchise Agreement
When you sign a Franchise Agreement you must pay to us a non-refundable initial franchise fee (the “Initial Franchise Fee”). The Initial Franchise Fee is $15,000 for a geographic area that operates as a single territory with a population of a minimum of approximately 50,000 people (each a “Territory”).

The method we use to calculate the Initial Franchise Fee is uniform for all franchises that we offer under this Disclosure Document, except, as described below. The Initial Franchise Fee is fully earned by us upon payment and is non-refundable unless we cancel the Franchise Agreement within 90 days after you sign the Franchise Agreement. We will keep $5,000 of the Initial Franchise Fee and refund the remainder to you should we cancel the Franchise Agreement within 90 days after you sign the Franchise Agreement if we determine that either: (a) any financial, personal or other information provided by you is materially false, misleading or inaccurate; or (b) you or your managers fail to successfully complete our training program or we determine that you or your managers are incapable of successfully completing our training program. In all other circumstances the Initial Franchise Fee is not refundable.

Qualified U.S. Military Veterans and First Responders Discount
 For qualified individuals who were honorably discharged from any branch of the United States Military or are First Responders (as defined below), the Initial Franchise Fee shall be discounted by 5%. A “First Responder” is any current or former police officer, firefighter or emergency medical technician who served for more than five years in that capacity. The discount must be requested at the time of signing the Franchise Agreement and represents a one-time discount applicable to only the Initial Franchise Fee for the first Territory. This discount is subject to our approval of franchisee entering into our franchise system. This discount cannot be combined with other discounts of the Initial Franchise Fee.

Multi-Territory and Multi-Franchise Discounts
Subject to market type, availability, and our discretion, at the time of signing your Franchise Agreement, you may request the right to purchase additional territories (each referred to as an “Additional Territory”) to be added to your Operating Territory and operated under one Franchise Agreement. Each Additional Territory will be comprised of a population of a minimum of approximately 15,000 people. Your first Territory and, if applicable, each Additional Territory is collectively referred to collectively as your “Territories” and, individually, as a “Territory.” When purchasing Additional Territories, the following initial franchise fees shall apply:
